Gold Series Release Day

Thursday, August 6th we're releasing the latest in our single varietal series: Mountain Rose. 

Mountain Rose is a very special apple, it is a red-fleshed apple with green skin. The red-flesh apples are becoming popular due to the beautiful range in color it creates when made into a cider. Ours leans orange in color with tasting notes of strawberry, red berry, some peach, and nectarine. Phenolics from the yeast add mild notes of clove & banana.
