Barrel-Fermented Sparkling Cider | 6.9% ABV
Cuvée is where tradition meets wild ambition. Barrel-fermented and aged using a unique strain of yeast (Brettanomyces, for the fermentation nerds out there), this sparkling cider is dry, oaky, and just funky enough to keep things interesting.
Crafted in small batches as part of our barrel-fermented series, Cuvée is a celebration of nuance — with layered complexity, subtle tannin, and a finish that lingers like a good story.

Framboise Hard Cider
Barrel-Fermented Raspberry Cider | 6.9% ABV
Framboise doesn’t whisper — it bursts. Made with raspberry purée and fermented in oak barrels with our signature Brettanomyces yeast, this cider hits with bright, bracing tartness and a juicy raspberry punch. Dry, wild, and unapologetically bold, it's our fruit-forward nod to Lambic-style fermentation.
Framboise is part of our evolving barrel-fermented series — a place where fruit and funk meet finesse.

Stillwater Barrel-Aged Hard Cider
Mountain West’s first bourbon barrel-aged hard cider and the start of our barrel aging program. Stillwater was aged for a minimum of 6 months in oak barrels.
It is not currently in production, but we have several other barrel-aged and barrel-fermented ciders that build on the foundation established by Stillwater. It might make its return one day.

Stillwater, named after the 53-mile stretch of the calm Green River that winds through Canyonlands National Park, is Mountain West’s first still cider release. Made from local apples and aged in barrels, the non-carbonated Stillwater comes in strong at 9% ABV and large, in a 750ml bottle.
